A Thermal Imaging Inspection is a great way to uncover potential issues that could, if corrected reduce your monthly Cooling and Heating expenses & potentially avoid dangerous electrical safety issues. Thermal Imaging may detect things like missing insulation, over-heating electrical breakers, loose connections, even some pest activities. From the outside it can help detect potential roof leaks & moisture intrusion. See some examples in the photos below.

Using a Thermal Drone allows us to detect Potential Roof Issues before they become larger problems. This image indicates potential moisture intrusion in the valley of this roof. This was confirmed by using a moisture meter from the inside of the attic.
This example shows where a home is loosing heat during the winter as the cool air is visible just below the door handle. Again, this could cause your Heater to work harder and increases your energy costs during the winter months.
